Once we have received your order, the standard delivery time will be 2 - 3 working days within Bangkok & Greater Bangkok, and 2 - 4 working days for Up Country areas. Please kindly note that orders placed after 8am will be shipped the following working day.

If you have not received an order confirmation by email after completing your order, check your spam filter before you do anything else. If the spam filter does not contain an email from the PUMA Thailand Online Shop, contact our Customer Service.
When your package is passed to the dispatch partner, you will receive a confirmation of dispatch by email. This confirmation of dispatch will contain a tracking number which can be used to follow the status of your package online.

Kerry Express: Please enter the Tracking Number provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email on the Kerry Website.
Delivery and invoice address do not need to be the same. You can have your package delivered to your work address.
There is no minimum purchase order value.
We offer free standard shipping for order of THB1,500 and above. Otherwise, the standard shipping rate of THB80 will be applied.
