How does AdvoCAT work?

The AdvoCAT Loyalty Program rewards you with points every time you shop at PUMA.COM or participating PUMA retail stores. Points can be accumulated and later redeemed as vouchers to be used on future online or in-store purchases. Members earn their tier level based on annual spending. Higher tiers unlock more points per purchase.

How do I become an AdvoCAT member?

Create an account on PUMA.COM and opt into the loyalty program. Membership is free and available for individuals residing in participating countries across Southeast Asia. No minimum spend required to register.

Can I use my AdvoCAT Membership in other countries?

No, your membership, points, and vouchers are only valid in the country where you registered and are non-transferable across countries due to varying pricing, currency, and program structures.

What benefits do I get as an AdvoCAT Member?

You earn AdvoCAT points with every eligible purchase, which can be redeemed for AdvoCAT Vouchers to be used on PUMA.COM and at participating retail stores. The number of points you earn increases with your tier level, and a higher tier level earns more points per dollar spent.
More tier-based rewards will be introduced in the future, so stay active and expect bigger and better rewards to be unlocked over time!

What are the AdvoCAT tiers?

There are four tiers: Club, Plus, Pro, and Elite. Tier thresholds are based on your total eligible spend within a calendar year. Each country has its own spending thresholds.
For example, in Singapore:
- Club Tier: (Default)
- Plus Tier: S$1 – S$250
- Pro Tier: S$250.01 – S$500
- Elite Tier: S$500.01 and above

Where can I check my AdvoCAT tier level?

Tiers run on a calendar-year basis. Any tier upgrade is valid until the end of the following calendar year. For example, if you reach Elite Tier in June 2025, your status remains valid until 31 December 2026.

Will I drop tier levels?

If your annual spend falls below your current tier level’s threshold by the end of the calendar year, you’ll move down one tier level at the start of the following year.

What can I do with my AdvoCAT Points?

AdvoCAT Points can be redeemed for AdvoCAT Vouchers, which can be used at PUMA.COM or participating stores and outlets within your registered country. The more points collected, the higher the voucher value that can be redeemed.

How do I redeem my points for AdvoCAT Vouchers?

Log in to your account on PUMA.COM and access the AdvoCAT Members Portal. From there, you can convert your available points into fixed-value vouchers based on the redemption options available in your country.

Where can I locate my AdvoCAT Points and AdvoCAT vouchers?

Log in to your account on PUMA.COM to access the AdvoCAT Members Portal via the “Quick Links” tab at the top-right corner of the site to view your points balance and available vouchers.

Can I use online vouchers in PUMA Stores (and vice versa)?

No, vouchers cannot be exchanged or transferred between channels once issued.
- Online vouchers are only valid on PUMA.com.
- In-store vouchers can only be used at physical retail locations.

How are my AdvoCAT Points & AdvoCAT Vouchers valid for?

AdvoCAT Points are valid for 12 months from the date earned. AdvoCAT Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Expired points and vouchers cannot be reinstated or refunded.

Can I use a single AdvoCAT Voucher more than once?

No, AdvoCAT Vouchers are single use only. Any unused voucher value is forfeited and cannot be refunded, carried forward, or exchanged for cash.

Can I use my AdvoCAT Vouchers in other countries or regions?

No, AdvoCAT Vouchers are valid only in the country where the points were earned and where the voucher was issued. Vouchers are non-transferable across countries due to varying pricing, currency, and program structures.

When do my points appear in my account?

For online purchases, temporary points will appear in your account immediately after a successful order and will be converted into usable points 14 days after the order date. If your order is returned or cancelled within that period, the corresponding points will be removed. For in-store purchases made at PUMA retail stores, points will be reflected in your account within 1 business day after the transaction is completed.

Do I earn points when purchasing discounted or promotional items?

Yes, points are awarded based on your final purchase value after any discounts, unless otherwise specified during selected campaigns or exclusions.
